LytEn is a stealth-mode start-up company that uses proprietary emissions-free processes to produce high-purity nano-carbons. The Company has been funded through private investment and has accumulated a substantial portfolio of granted and pending patents.

Specific job duties may include:
Provide professional administrative support for CEO and ensure organized, efficient operations that conserve CEO’s time.
Manage and maintain a busy calendar, and respond to copious meeting requests that require frequent re-prioritization.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements; create detailed itineraries.
Arrange internal and external meetings, including lodging and meeting accommodations, for groups large and small.
Handle sensitive business and confidential information with discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
Embrace unexpected duties or projects.
With eloquence and poise, act as an ambassador for the office of the CEO, company-wide and to external contacts.
Perform general administrative functions.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience as an administrative or executive assistant, culminating in at least one position supporting a C-level executive.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills that reflects the ability to prioritize, plan, and perform multiple urgent tasks seamlessly.
Self-directed: able to determine priorities, make decisions, and manage time well. That said, not afraid to ask questions and for help when needed.
Enthusiasm for challenges, comfortable with change, ready to learn.
An eye for efficiency: constantly engaged in improving results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and then implementing those changes.
Excellent attention to detail.
Works well under pressure, meets deadlines, sees projects through.
Punctual, courteous, professional, and reliable; possessed of good judgment.
Strong technical competency, specifically with Mac OS and Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Google apps. Actively investigates relevant technology and builds the skills to use it.
Participation in networking opportunities and in professional organizations is a plus. An interest in the tech industry and the business community is helpful.
