Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Program Director in Worcester.
Community Healthlink’s Behavioral Health Community Partner (BHCP) program is a new, innovative Care Management approach for MassHealth members with complex medical, behavioral health and social needs who are part of the new Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and or a Managed Care Organization (MCO). Multidisciplinary BHCP teams will play a key role in providing high quality integrated care; functioning as a bridge between clients, behavioral health providers and medical providers. Team members will use their expertise to support individuals to navigate health and social systems in order to help members address social determinants health, and improve overall quality of life and health.
The Program Director of the CHL BHCP Program will lead Care Coordinating Teams in implementing this exciting, innovative service for MassHealth members with complex medical, behavioral health and social needs. The Director will be an experienced practitioner of the healing arts and a thoughtful/compassionate bridge builder. In this role, the Program Director will supervise Team Leaders of the BHCP teams and help develop procedures and workflows that are highly collaboration, instill hope, and most importantly, center on the Person’s strengths.

Oversight of clinical and programmatic operations of CP program.
Supervise CP Team Leaders.
Monitor BHCP metrics including quality, utilization, and engagement.
Leads implementation & coordination of CP activities.
Develops & maintains relationships with primary, BH, LTSS, Spec, & hospital providers.
Performs duties using recovery oriented principles.
Demonstrate person centered strength based communication with staff and consumers.
Encourages and supports diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, respect, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors.
Must have a Masters degree in social work, clinical psychology or a related human services degree
Must be licensed in the state of MA (LICSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist or RN)
3 or more years experience in a mental health setting
Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a health care setting
Ability to manage all fiscal aspects of the program, i.e.; managing budgets, program expenses, census, staffing, etc
Able to exercise good judgment and is creative and proactive
Be flexible and able to multi-task
Possess strong interpersonal skills, problem solving ability and confidence
Demonstrate effective communication with consumers, staff, peers and other professionals (oral and written)
Must be proficient in MS Office
Current valid US-issued drivers license and ability to provide a registered and insured automobile for work related purposes including travel between work sites
Must be able to pass a CORI background check
