We are currently seeking a Tower/Modification Laborer in Lexington, NC.
We are looking for career-oriented individuals with experience in the tower industry as well as those with recreational climbing experience, or just an interest in climbing professionally. If you have an eagerness to learn we will train you!

In your role as a Tower/Modification Laborer, your primary responsibilities consist of a full range of installation, repair, and maintenance services on our clients’ towers including structural analysis and modifications, addressing foundation deficiencies, foundation mapping, post foundation analysis, and on-site fabrication.
Basic Qualifications for a Tower/Modification Laborer includes:
- High school diploma
- Willingness to climb towers; we are seeking individuals who enjoy the thrill of working at heights of 60-200+ feet
- Current certification in Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue preferred
- Concrete and Rebar knowledge preferred
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment
- Understand and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and a clean background check/drug screening
- Availability for overnight travel; Traveling Monday – Friday
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
- Must be willing to relocate to within 45 minutes of the Lexington, NC office
