Dell is looking for a highly collaborative Client Solutions Marketing Manager to join the North America Field and Partner Marketing organization. Specifically, this individual will be an integral member of the NA Client Solutions Campaign team will drive key demand generation programs for Dell’s Display business. These programs will support an integrated plan aligned to the Workforce Transformation campaign and help drive Dell’s NA Client Solutions business. The individual will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders including Global BU Marketing, Segment Marketing, CRM, BI, Vehicle Leads (Direct/Media), and CoC, etc. This role will report to the Director of Client Solutions Campaigns for North America Field Marketing.

Drive integrated demand generation programs for Dell Displays
Support the planning and coordination of programmatic activity for Dell Displays including sales plays, direct mail marketing, and digital activations
Manage and execute key Sales Enablement programs to help drive demand for Dell Displays
Apply broad knowledge of Dell’s Client Solutions business and competitive environment to identify growth opportunities and related tactics
Lead the evaluation and analysis of market data and customer/audience data to identify programmatic activity to accelerate growth for Dell’s Monitor business
Drive targeted programs and plays to build on Dell’s Market leadership; both to acquire new customers and expand share of wallet (Monitor attach) with existing customers
Establish and drive growth plans and report on progress and metrics to Regional Marketing and Business Unit leadership

Proven track record of delivering results via effective program management
Strong organizational skills and effective cross-organizational collaboration
Ability to influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders and collaborate effectively
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Good time management skills - responsive, flexible, able to manage many projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
Works independently, deals well with ambiguity
Strong presentation and communication skills
BA/BS required, with 6-8 years of marketing/sales experience, MBA a plus
