Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Hair Stylist/Barber to join our team. As a Barber at Pure Elevations, you will have the opportunity to enhance clients’ beauty while promoting relaxation and wellness through our specialized cannabis-infused services.We are specifically looking for individuals who have expertise in Mens/Short haircuts as well as fashion colors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring,treatment and styling services.
- Provide detailed consultations to understand the clients needs and preferences.
- Educate clients on the benefits of incorporating cannabis into their hair/self care routine.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all health and safety guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends,techniques and products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a welcoming environment and to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the spa team to create a cohesive wellness experience.
Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado cosmetology/Barbering license.
-Valid Marijuana Enforcement Division Badge(Can be obtained before official start date)
- Previous experience in a salon setting.
-Previous experience in a dispensary setting is a plus
- Knowledge of cannabis products and their benefits.
- Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Passionate about the cannabis,holistic wellness and beauty industry.
