In UnitedHealth Group’s Research & Development group, we are leading the frontier of a new enterprise health information platform to serve people and clinicians.

Primary Responsibilities:
Must have situational awareness and high technical knowledge (will share BSL connection for team of 150+)

The Business Segment Liaison (BSL) role for our enterprise is the connection between end users and completing system access requests

This function includes more traditional administrative support roles including: maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, onboarding new hires, making travel arrangements, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance

Extensive work experience within own function

Work is frequently completed without established procedures

Works independently

May act as a resource for others

May coordinate others activities

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of administrative support experience, at least 3 of which have included support of senior executives
Intermediate or better level of proficiency with MS Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience managing multiple tasks / projects and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail
Experience working in a large, matrixed corporate environment
