Position Summary:
Family Practice Center, P.C. is a comprehensive, high-volume family practice medical group looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. The Physician Assistant or licensed Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and treatment of care for patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.

Responsibilities:
❖ Outpatient medical consultation services under supervision of a physician in our medical office
❖ Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating new and existing patient’s medical conditions
❖ Conducting follow-up patient care
❖ Ordering and interpreting lab, radiology, and other diagnostic study results
❖ Prescribing and referring patients for consultations when appropriate
❖ Answering emergency telephone calls after hours and weekends on a rotating schedule
❖ Administer and order drugs for patients
❖ Complete all notes/tasks in patient’s EMR account indicating patient status and treatment
procedures performed
❖ Perform patient physicals
❖ Providing health education to patients
❖ Supervising/coordinating the activities of patient care and support staff within the clinic
❖ Various marketing tasks including but not limited to; writing medical education blogs, making
videos or articles for the employer’s blog and social media sites to market the practice or
employee
❖ Performs other duties as assigned in accordance with a nurse protocol agreement
❖ Average 12-14 patients per day
Qualifications:
❖ Master’s in Nursing or
Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies
❖ Current licensure in Georgia
❖ Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
❖ Experience with EPIC preferred
❖ Clinical experience in a family practice is preferred

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
