About the job
At Google Fiber, our mission is to create abundant internet, on networks that are always fast and always open. Access comprises Google Fiber and Webpass — together, the two companies serve customers across the United States with high-speed Internet connections via fiber to the home and point-to-point fixed wireless technology.

Google Fiber is helping make Web faster and better for everyone by connecting more people to high-speed Internet in our current Fiber footprint, but also by raising the bar for the industry through increased speed and choice. We work closely with community partners to ensure that Internet access and digital skills are within reach for those with the greatest need.

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work is critical to our company’s success. As a business, we seek to work in-service of all customers and communities. To do so, we need a workforce that is as diverse as all of the customers we seek to serve - and a workplace where everyone can thrive.

In this role, you will work in partnership with the Head of Equity, Inclusion and Community Impact and the Head of People Operations to program manage our DEI strategy development and drive execution.

Manage the development of a systems-based DEI strategy aimed at root causes of disparities across our business. Support the communications around this strategy and refine it over time.
Build and manage the rollout of programs and schedules for actions identified in the strategy.
Identify metrics and monitor progress over time.
Partner with senior leadership and support communications around progress.
