Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in cross-functional program/project management.
Experience with DEI program development, execution, and performance monitoring.
Experience managing multiple programs/projects simultaneously and/or programs/projects involving cross-functional alignment.
7 years of HR experience managing of DEI programs.
Experience in program evaluation, data analysis, and reporting.
Ability to take direction while working independently and collaboratively.
Ability to keep key stakeholders and contributors aligned and coordinated. Ability delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to drive and execute ideas in a rapidly changing environment. Ability to welcome feedback, manage ambiguity, and pivot quickly.
Effective interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills. Developed attention to detail, time management, multitasking, and communications skills.

In this role, you will work in partnership with the Head of Equity, Inclusion and Community Impact and the Head of People Operations to program manage our DEI strategy development and drive execution.
Manage the development of a systems-based DEI strategy aimed at root causes of disparities across our business. Support the communications around this strategy and refine it over time.
Build and manage the rollout of programs and schedules for actions identified in the strategy.
Identify metrics and monitor progress over time.
Partner with senior leadership and support communications around progress.
