Ship brokerage office looking for an experienced, personable and motivated Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Duties/Responsibilities include:

-Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

-Operating a multi-line phone system

-Managing office diaries and organizing meetings and appointments

-Assisting brokers with daily calendar, appointments, meetings and general organization

-Typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence

-Creating / Managing databases and filing systems

-Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems

-Collating and filing expenses

-General organization of office

Candidate possesses high regard for professionalism and team work. Our office prides itself on working together in a positive environment. Executive assistant/office manager will be punctual(very important) and have reliable means of transportation.

-At least 1 year experience as Executive Assistant/Office Manager preferred

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word/Excel) & Microsoft Outlook
