As a member of our Sales team you are responsible for our sales partners in the Southern Europe region and actively support them in all sales-related activities—from joint customer and conference visits to organizing and conducting workshops and seminars for end users. Through continuous market observation, you identify trends and requirements, carefully evaluate these, prepare them and pass them on to the Product Managers. You represent the needs of your partners and their customers to internal departments and keep a constant eye on our competitors' products.

In addition, the position comprises the following tasks:
You are responsible for expanding and maintaining a network of relevant key opinion leaders
You make sure that your partners fully understand our overarching strategy
In close cooperation with our Clinical Application Specialists, you ensure that our partners and customers receive proper initial training

You value an international environment and enjoy working with others—be it colleagues, customers or sales partners. You proactively carry out all of the tasks you are responsible for and solve any problems that may arise to the satisfaction of our customers. You never lose sight of the big picture but, at the same time, are able to focus on individual priorities and optimally use available resources.

Therefore, you need to have at least 5 years of relevant work experience with a proven record of success in strategic sales of capital goods in the medical engineering area, as well as distributor management.

You possess good industry and product knowledge, ideally in the areas of anesthesia or intensive care, and can draw on a wide-ranging network and good contacts to relevant decision makers.

Proficient use of standard MS Office products and fluent business English and French are required. Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish is a plus.
