The Orlando Health Marketing Team is seeking a Marketing Digital Analyst to lead digital analytics and competitive benchmarking efforts, and report on and make recommendations for the optimization of marketing campaigns and products.
Bachelor degree is required
Quantitative and statistical skills
Five (5) years of experience in digital research/web analytics
Manages and performs requirements analyses, business impact analyses, integration testing and/or system testing, and other quantitative and qualitative research deemed necessary to support digital initiatives and projects.
Produces weekly/monthly and ad-hoc analyses and leads the development of reporting dashboards and custom reports for the marketing department and executive staff.
Proactively performs ongoing competitive analyses to identify opportunities for improvement of all processes and tools used in the execution of marketing activities.
Assists with project management by reporting on schedules, project scopes, progress, assets, and performance of digital marketing efforts.
Designs, implements, and modifies standard and/or customized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases and configuration changes.
Collaborates with and educates marketing department staff to leverage new and existing features within web analytics, CRM, Physician Relationship Management (PRM), and other marketing tools.
Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
