Overview:
Genesis Gold Group is seeking a Salesforce Expert with subject matter expertise to own and drive Salesforce initiatives across the company.
- Assist 30+ users in a fast paced phone sales environment
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- 4+ years of relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
- Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model / architecture, and security model
- Excel in a collaborative environment
- Gather, manage and prioritize feature requests across multiple stakeholder groups (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, IT)
- Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across organization: marketing teams, sales, service, sales operations
Key Responsibilities include:
- Gather, analyze and implement functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users
- Perform Salesforce configuration and customization to drive process automation
- Work directly with end-users and executives to support reporting and administrative needs
- Experience with APEX and API integration
- Knowledge on Rest and soql
- Good understanding of CTI systems for phones and hardware
- Project management of all technology needs experience
- Promote user adoption of Salesforce
- Handle 50-100 requests daily
- Support processes promoting data integrity, data governance, and compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
