Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or sales operations.
Experience in quantitative and statistical modeling technologies and tools.
MBA or graduate degree in a management, technical or engineering field.
7 years of work experience in consulting; software, Internet, media industries and/or early stage companies.
Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses to ground strategy in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Knowledge of service operations, customer support operations and internet/online media.
Leader with excellent project-management, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

The gTech Strategy and Operations team is responsible for developing and operationalizing the strategy of Google Global Customer Care. As a Strategy and Operations Lead, gTech GCC, you will be responsible for ensuring business planning, smooth operations, and strategic insight to drive the business towards its goals. In this role, you will be participating in strategy development for one of Google’s largest operating teams, which is responsible for providing customer care for Google’s advertising products across a range of types of customers.
You will develop initiatives, plans, and metrics to operationalize the strategy and will be responsible for leading cross-functional working groups towards flawless execution. You will have knowledge of Google’s business, and be a key contributor in a high-growth environment, working closely with leadership to influence and communicate your vision.

Work with leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives.
Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders; lead the team in gathering data, conducting business analysis, and identifying solutions using effective project communication and management.
Structure and implement operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, and leading analyses that will focus on developing and implementing final recommendations, analyzing and iterating on the results.
Provide thought leadership and influence working groups to ensure that each project is doing what is best for our customers and for Google.
