Looking for qualified candidates who have some agency experience and possess the ability to

  • Organize and track daily tasks/jobs
  • Develop accurate timelines that adhere to client deadlines and internal/external status reports
  • Know and communicate job priorities and any events that impact job priorities
  • Interact with the team and provide status updates and deadlines
  • Obtain answers client and agency questions/inquiries
  • Prepare materials for review submissions
  • Understand client products and indications
  • Understand client deliverables and anticipates upcoming needs
  • Conduct research and gather information to support strategic efforts
  • Work closely with agency personnel and outside vendor partners (i.e., partner agencies/production vendors)
  • Prioritize multiple assignments and manage time in an organized manner while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Complete other duties as assigned
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and cloud-sharing software such as (AutoTask, Drop-box, etc.)
  • Experience working in Zinc or Veeva platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
