Responsibilities:
- Introduction of caregivers to New clients
- Shadowing & Training new and current staff
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with the office and direct supervisor
- Follow policies and procedures of Senior Helpers
- Fill in on last minute shifts if needed.
- Help staff develop skills and help with employee retention
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver license and vehicle Insurance
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication
- Must have current CNA licensure and be on the state registry
- Must be available for 24/7 on call Sunday - Wednesday
