JOB TITLE: FIELD HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

REPORTS TO: HR MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Regional People Strategy Manager and designated region to provide an efficient recruiting and on boarding process, and day to day operations of the human resource functions. The Field People Strategy Generalist will act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers and Human Resources. This position requires a high degree of accuracy and close attention to detail. Strong communication skills are required for effectively communicating directly with applicants, new hires, hiring managers and various levels of management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree of Human Resources or Business preferred, or equivalent experience
Two (2) to three (3) years of Human Resources / recruiting experience
Strong knowledge of best practices in recruiting
Basic knowledge of HR related concepts, regulations, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) products, as well as Internet savvy
Excellent organizational, time management and telephone etiquette skills

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To assure resident safety
Creates and posts requisitions within the applicant tracking system (ATS), and other job boards
Reviews resumes, pre-screens applicants and arranges interviews with applicants, as needed. Assists with Field Operations in determining staff needs through weekly reports and meetings. Completes all necessary employment verification prior to new hire start date
Assists with creating offer and promotion letters
Works closely with Regional People Strategy Manger on HR-related issues and assisting with disciplinary actions, as needed
Assist with employee relation matters on an as needed basis
Ensures all employee paperwork and documentation are complete, accurate and secure
Assist with various HR related projects
