The thinkThin - Sr. National Account Manager, eCommerce is responsible for the management and growth of online channel sales for selling thinkThin brand products through the various Ecommerce customers through clear customer focus, effective business planning using a fact based approach to understand opportunities, strengths and objectives. The candidate for this position must possess experience that demonstrates vendor and cross functional relationships in support of digital merchandising strategies, managing and improving digital shelf assets and optimizing Amazon performance of marketing programs. This individual will be the lead for all cross functional interaction with these customers

This role will be responsible for:
Working closely with all existing and new online retailers and develop marketing strategies to grow sales and monitor execution efficacy
Deliver Net Sales target for all assigned customers within trade spending parameters.
Collaborate with Marketing, Insights/Analytics, Media agency, customer marketing, and search agency to align Amazon & other key ecommerce team objectives with brand objectives to build out business plans for continued growth.
Manage performance marketing campaigns. Work with internal and external partners on brand/sku priorities and keyword selection.
Manage our digital product content for all assigned ecommerce customers and data attributes to ensure it aligns with marketing as well as focused on our consumer.
Drive development of eCommerce creative (in partnership with Marketing), ensure the eCommerce experience is on-brand and aligned with marketing to drive acquisition, sales, and retention.
Build strong customer relationships that result in partnership opportunities which drive sales, market share and profit.
Provide account specific promotional plans and recommendations to SVP Sales to ensure achievement of account growth goals and develop ongoing customer plans that are in alignment with corporate and customer goals.
Demonstrate effective (internal or external) people management skills.
Act as subject matter expert and internal consultant for team members managing ecommerce relationship for brick and mortar retailers (i.e. Target.com, Walmart.com, etc.) to support their efforts and create a comprehensive ecommerce strategic plan.
Ability to adapt to changing work and customer demands.
Develop pricing strategy across all e-commerce platforms to balance profitability, consumer appeal and competitive activity. Regularly monitor and quickly address pricing issues.
Staying at the forefront of e-commerce and digital industry trends in order to develop/execute plans on for how to adapt.
Ability to interact with customer representatives at all levels and add value to the process

To be successful in this role you will need:
Excellent communication skills and strong customer-service attitude
Skills in driving business development and category penetration
Knowledge of online ecommerce platforms in the US
Ability to work with ambiguity and in an entrepreneurial environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with internal constituents, customers, agencies and brokers where applicable.
Demonstrated delivery of sales targets, budget development and tracking, and demand forecasting
Willingness and ability to travel overnight up to 40-50% of the time, occasionally including weekends for trade shows or other customer events as necessary

Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 5-7 years of CPG sales and marketing experience with a proven depth of knowledge in eCommerce, digital marketing, and technology
Specific experience within the Amazon system
Experience collaborating with multiple levels of stakeholders
Ability to leverage insights into a strategic selling story which drives growth
Experience in analyzing algorithm software and meta data platforms is desired but not required
