Full Job Description
This person will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing and e-commerce strategies that produce interest across all stages of the buyer’s journey. This entrepreneurial person will be tasked with increasing the online traffic on both Innovyze.com and our e-commerce site, generating MQLs and revenue across all areas of the business.
For this position, we expect a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how different channels can generate traffic to our website to increase the website's revenue. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for executing the direct-to-consumer performance marketing strategy to drive volume through the brand websites. Collaborates with eCommerce leadership to build long-term growth strategies across channels.
Take ownership to grow the e-commerce channel with a laser-focus on new customer acquisition and conversion.
Responsible for channel management across SEM, SEO, affiliate, paid social, Google Ads, and other new marketing channels.
Experience in structuring campaigns, testing ad copy, researching keywords, and building audiences.
Able to build a customer audience lifecycle marketing plan (new customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation) for digital marketing investments across channels.
Measure, report and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes performance based on the insights.
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Improve the customer experience of our online web store through continuous testing and iteration.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through e-commerce and digital marketing.
Requirements and Qualifications
2-5 years of managing a digital marketing strategy.
Proficiency using third-party analytics platforms (Google Analytics), Google Ads (AdWords) and Facebook Ads Manager.
Experience with campaign reporting and data analysis.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnel
Experience with A/B and multivariate test& learning.
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
