Job Title: Customer Service Representative Tier II

FLSA Status: Salary Exempt

Summary: Leads and performs customer service functions regarding specific customers which could include regional, dedicated, or national accounts. Will work in conjunction with other internal departments to achieve balance of capacity and freight, while also achieving high service levels.

Required Experience:

3-5 years of tier II customer service experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to sit, listen, talk, stand, and walk.
