We are currently seeking to hire a Production Associate. The Production Associate is a part of the International Filter Inc. team and reports directly to the General Manager.
The team works a 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. shift, Monday through Friday.

Job Summary:
The Production Associate assembles and distributes water treatment supplies to 25 locations throughout Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. The Production Associate assembles a range of products, from small packages, filters and conditioners to water softeners. Over time, the position is also responsible for the production of point of sales (POS) systems.
The Associate works from a production list, using SAP software, and receives, stocks, and manages inventory. Duties include maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse work environment.
We provide services and products to increase brand recall and ensure customers have products when and where needed.

Production Associate Responsibilities
- Assemble and distribute water treatment supplies
- Package small part kits
- Create production orders in the SAP system
- Receive and put away stock
- Assist with inventory cycle counting
- Package outbound deliveries
- Complete outbound delivery processing in SAP
- Operate a variety of hand tools
- Follow all applicable quality requirements for assembly
- Support the customer to meet their application needs
Shipping, Stocking and Inventory Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading/unloading of trucks
- Ensure reports accurately identify materials received.
- Maintain, verify, and count product inventory
- Prepare items for shipping, ensure accurate delivery information, complete paperwork
- Maintain control of the inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels.
Safety and Cleanliness
- Clean floors, pick up reusable scrap for salvage, move trash and debris away from production areas
- Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety rules.
- Follow company safety procedures and attend scheduled safety meetings.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of demonstrated experience working in production, manufacturing or warehouse role
- Knowledge or experience with SAP software is desirable
- Product knowledge and/or a willingness to learn
- Work overtime as needed
- Forklift experience is desirable

- Proficient in communication skills, including listening, written and verbal
- Works well both independently and collaborates as part of a team
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Stand and walk for long periods of time in an 8 hour day
- Talk, see, and hear to interact with leadership and associates
- Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Lift/push/pull/carry various objects of 50 pounds frequently from ground level
- Ability to work with small and larger parts in an assembly work environment

The salary range for this position is $17-$19 hourly.
