Job Description
Brooks is a dynamic, fast paced, and growing leader in providing product and service solutions to the semiconductor and life sciences industries. We are s eeking a classic program manager \ project manager to lead a significant large scale global footprint enterprise-wide ERP initiative, the migration of the company’s current core on-premise Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment to a new cloud based environment. This position will report to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, partner with all aspects of the company (business entities, functional areas, regions\countries), partner with the IS\IT organization, and partner with external resources as necessary.

The individuals will require the following experience:
Large scale ($250M + revenue, 1,500 + employees) initiative planning experience required.
Global footprint (multi-country…USA, UK, Germany, Japan, China, + ) initiative planning experience required.
Enterprise-wide (multi-function…Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Operations\Manufacturing, Service Delivery, + ) initiative planning experience required.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation experience required. SAP acceptable. Oracle eBS or Oracle Cloud preferred.
High-tech \ manufacturing industry experience acceptable. Life Science \ pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
IS\IT experience acceptable. Business experience preferred.
Change management (communications, assessment, training) experience preferred.
The individual will require the following abilities\capabilities:

A detailed project planner who can operate at both a high-level view and a very detailed view
A self-motivated \ consensus building driver who can orchestrate and progress forward multi-track \ multi-stream work areas
Ability to create detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules
Ability to work with the business to establish resources, both full-time and part-time, to enable the project
Ability to track and manage cost, both capital expenditure and operational expense
Ability to orchestrate and lead both agile and waterfall sessions\reviews
Ability to communicate status at a summary level and a detailed level
Ability to escalate and follow critical issues from escalation to resolution
The ideal candidate would be someone who was the key program manager or project manager for a large scale, global footprint, enterprise-wide, ERP implementation for a high-tech \ pharmaceutical company that wishes to utilize that past experience in transforming the business systems environment and enabling the corresponding business transformation at Brooks.
