Agfa HealthCare is currently looking for two talented Project Coordinators to join its team in the US.

We are currently seeking candidates who are interested in an entry level Project Coordinator role. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the delivery of hardware systems to support Agfa’s Healthcare IT products, from the time of a new hardware sale to the delivery and installation at a customer site. They will also assist Field Project Managers with delivery of other infrastructure solutions. This role is a communication-intensive role. The Project Coordinator must be able to manage the flow of information to and from, and expectations of: Salespeople, Customers, Internal Purchasing Team, Vendors, and Product groups.

This is a home - based position preferable in the Atlanta area

Skills:
Excellent communication and multitasking skills are required
Ability to track and manage many deliverables simultaneously
Analyze a situation and decide on a course of action in a timely manner
Ability to both identify and effectively allocate resources to resolve any project challenges that may arise
Work effectively with individuals in both business and technical roles

Education Requirements:
4-year college degree in Business, or related field preferred.

Experience Requirements:
The candidate must be a quick learner with strong analytical skills
They must have experience developing and working with new processes and procedures.
They should be proficient with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous customer service experience and some knowledge of project management methodology a plus.
