CBD seeks a courteous and efficient F/T Administrative Assistant professional for our busy corporate office to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. This individual will carry out daily business office tasks that support the goals of our fast-paced organization while being detail oriented and providing excellent client service. This position starts in the area of $15.00 per hour.

DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Assist with creating, reviewing and closing out maintenance work orders.
Assist corporate office with day to day functions and urgent property issues.
Assist with planning, organizing and coordinating projects
Maintain and organize general, electronic and real estate files
Perform daily data entry, scanning, filing, answering of phones.
Coordinate processing of incoming mail and send certified letters, packages, etc.
Assist with scheduling meeting and events and maintaining corporate calendar for executive team
Answer and route calls to the appropriate parties with accuracy
Ensure all tenant communications are of the highest quality
Open and close office and kitchen area when necessary. Assist with maintaining office kitchen including restocking of items.
Assist with processing of accounts payables (AP) or accounts receivables (AR)
Assist with other administrative office tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:
MS Office skills, primarily in Word and Excel.
Ability to use Acrobat Pro skills, including comment & editing PDF tools & organizing pages a bonus!
A minimum of 2 years in an Administrative role.
Detail-oriented, resourceful, self-directed, and excellent time management
Ability to take direction, communicate effectively and professionally.
Current Notarial Commission and stamp preferred.
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work with fast pace team with large volume of clients/tenants; multi-tasking is essential for this position.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Capable of developing proficiency in Yardi and other PM standard software.
Experience in commercial Real Estate and Accounting preferred but not required
