A recruiter who thrives in a fast paced environment and has expertise in class-based recruiting, ideally call center environment is a huge plus. We are looking for innovators who are constantly on the hunt for the latest ways to find amazing candidates for our open positions. Recruiters who are active on social media and have ran events will fit well in our team!

BASIC FUNCTION :
The basic function of this position is to manage support, call center, and front line supervisor talent acquisition efforts across the organization. The incumbent will build relationships with the talent in the market, engaging with passive and active candidates to explore the level of innovation and revenue growth PSCU is driving forward.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Ability to utilize switchboard/telephone, personal computer, copier, facsimile and other general office equipment.
Ability to handle confidential material.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals in both verbal and written formats.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions and interact effectively and positively with all levels of personnel.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.

Source and screen talent, assess their skills levels and engage them to explore opportunities within PSCU
Serve as an ambassador of PSCU and share the company’s innovations through social media, events and sharing communities Engage with key stakeholders, internally and externally, to identify, develop, and execute effective sourcing strategies to build teams and organizations
Employ creativity in sourcing, have a deep understanding of Boolean search strings and the proven ability to uncover hidden candidates through multiple channels
Build and manage partnerships with external associations, meet up groups and other specialty pools
Work cross-functionally to gain depth of knowledge about the business while networking with experts in their field
Identify, prospect and present a short-list of exceptional candidates to respective hiring managers
Collaborate with Talent Advisors and/or HR Business Partners to ensure a consultative process from initial kick-off phase
Travel to Phoenix or Michigan locations to fulfill recruiting needs and/or engage in local events to increase brand awareness for PSCU.
Consistently work to increase business acumen and stay abreast of industry trends
Make recommendations to Talent Advisor & Hiring Managers about competitive landscape supported with your respective research and market data
Market and advertise critical roles on external sites, blogs, user groups & social networks
Ensure a steady stream of talent immaterial if a critical vacancy is approved or not; all-the-time recruiting versus just-in-time
Effectively/convincingly position PSCU as an employer of choice when compared to the competition
Serve as a sourcer as needed for the Sr Talent Scout during low call center staffing periods
Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
AIRS certification preferred
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS :
A minimum of 5 years recruiting experience that includes 1-2 years managing high volume call center staffing.
Experience effectively sourcing passive candidates through various venues: Social media sites/campaigns, Events, and other unique means to engage candidates
Knowledge of Local/State/Federal regulations regarding recruitment and selection.
PC Windows-based software experience required with proficiency in Word and Excel.
Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Must be detail oriented, be self-motivated and have ability to focus on complex and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
