JOB TITLE: Physical Security Manager - QA

The Corporate Physical Security Manager - Quality Assurance is responsible for planning and managing the Corporate Physical Security enterprise quality assurance function under the guidance of the Sr. Director, Corporate Physical Security Enterprise Operations. Will utilize their comprehensive understanding of risk management processes and techniques related to investigations, physical security operations, threat assessments and mitigation for the purposes planning, developing and implementing an enterprise quality assurance program and strategy. Monitors the activities of Corporate Physical Security personnel to ensure compliance with company/department policies, legal and regulatory requirements and procedures defined the Corporate Physical Security Playbook.

Accountable for developing, implementing and managing Corporate Physical Security quality assurance policies and procedures
Implement and manage quality assurance standards and inspection process of the Corporate Physical Security case management system (i-Sight)
Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
Plan and conduct inspections and reviews of investigations, physical security events and facility risk assessments conducted by Corporate Physical Security personnel
Plan and conduct inspections and reviews of performance and management of Charter proprietary guard services
Manages and maintains the Corporate Physical Security Playbook
Develop metrics and reporting for post-action activities resulting from physical risk assessments at Charter facilities
Document internal quality reviews and investigate non-conformance issues
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Prepare reports to communicate findings of quality assurance activities
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
