Seeking an office assistant:

Requirements:

-2 years of office experience (administrative role/ prior secretary or clerk experience a plus)

-Strong Writing Skills (draft emails, prepare forms, prepare contracts)

-Timeliness (prepared to arrive at 8am sharp: hours 8am-5pm)

-Ability to give presentations

-High Level of Organization Skills

-Calm Demeanor

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment

-Self-Starter

Pay:

-$10.00 per hour; full-time (8am-5pm)

Job Description:

-Candidate will prepare contracts, answer phones, draft emails, send faxes, and other general administrative tasks

-On occasion Candidate will be required to deliver documents to various agencies like the courthouse (must have a vehicle, and will be compensated for mileage)
