The role

AspireIQ is looking for a highly motivated professional to join the team as our Office Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office as well as providing administrative support. You should be eager to learn, constantly searching for ways to improve processes, and genuinely interested in a position where you can make a direct impact across all teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn about People Operations at a rapidly growing startup.

This is a part-time role (15-20 hours per week) with the potential to go full-time, contingent on business needs and performance. Current students and recent grads are encouraged to apply.



What you'll be doing

  • Keep the office clean and organized.
  • Order supplies and stocking the kitchen with snacks.
  • Oversee conference room to ensure that they are neat and clean and that teleconferencing and audiovisual equipment is connected and functioning as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events (off-sites, happy hours, etc).
  • Set up equipment and draft onboarding schedules for new employees.
  • Other tasks as defined by company needs.
What we're looking for

  • Team player; always willing to jump in when needed
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at a time
  • Tech savvy with solid experience working with Google applications (ie: g-chat, gmail, etc.) and/or the ability to learn these applications quickly
  • Resourceful problem solver
  • The ability to comfortably and safely lift 20lbs
