We are seeking a motivated person who has the desire to grow past this initial role. We are a new agency in town and will be expanding quickly over the next couple years. Property management experience is a plus but not required. Job role includes:
- Answer phones and greet visitors
- Set up vendor, client, customer appointments
- maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Create work orders for other employees
