Wing Daddys is looking for a team of managers to help us introduce the best wings in town. We are looking for 3 qualified assistant managers and or a Gm that is looking to start something new. Below you will find some of your responsibilities as a manager.
The Restaurant Manager at Wing Daddys Sauce House is responsible for managing all aspects of the business operations in the restaurant.
He/she will have to work according to the safety standards of the company. Areas of responsibility include
- Manage all areas of operations to include Foh/Boh/Bar
- Manage Human Resource ( Orientaions, Disciplinary action ducuments, and hiring)
- Manage daily decision making and taking ownership in your shift and your store. ( as a manager you are expected to be a call away for your team, as a manager you and your team may have a question about an issue at the restaurant, and or your team might need help)
- Engaging with guest, being a part of our fun atmosphere and making all of our guest feel at home, making it there home as much as it is yours and our staffs.
- Manage quality and cleanliness: ( we expect you to treat our restaurant as if it was your home and or your car. We as a company and by state and local city laws follow all health regulations and you are responsible for not only holding city regulations but also company standards in cleanliness.
- Prepare schedule for your teams schedules, Foh to boh and or bar.
- Use the company selection process to interview hourly employees
- Train and develop hourly employees
- Ensure sales and control costs
- Ensure and implement plans to address opportunities
- Ensure proper security procedures to protect employees, guests and company assets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
