The ERP & Applications Manager will play a key role in the initial implementation phase and the ongoing efforts of maintaining the SAP S/4HANA ERP system. This role requires a detailed understanding of SAP business functionalities within the manufacturing space and deep technical expertise to facilitate or help address Kevin’s Natural Food’s needs across our business. The position will ensure the ERP system operates efficiently and effectively, aligning with the organization’s objectives to drive business success.
What You’ll Do:

- Overall responsibility for SAP application progression and maintenance.
- Provide subject matter expertise on SAP technical solutions.
- Analyze and interpret SAP functional requirements and specifications. Work closely with SAP team members to produce resolutions, testing, and implementation.
- Work with the IT Infrastructure and Operations teams to implement improvements on application design/performance to optimize performance, while avoiding any customizations.
- Effectively communicate information in both technical and business environments.
- Assist the IT department’s operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of the ERP system and peripherals.
- Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
- Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for security, disaster recovery, and standards for SAP S/4HANA ERP system.
- Assist associates with questions on product installation, usage, and implementation.
- Respond to and investigate team inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, mail, and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner.
- Answer team inquiries and provide appropriate technical and/or product-related information.
- Research and resolve team complaints with regards to ERP matters.
- Effectively communicate team IT issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members.
- Organize and maintain file system. Prepares reports and correspondence as needed, file correspondence and other records.
- Maintains working knowledge of all Company products and/or services.
- Oversee EDI Partner implementations.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years related experience or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP, SAP Tools, Solution Manager, and integration with other systems.
- Detailed of SAP/S4 data models and analysis.
- Detailed of SAP Basis and Security.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint.
