Job Description :

The job is responsible for the supporting the development and delivery of complex information technology solutions to support the HM Health Solutions (HMHS) portfolio. Incumbents are assigned to functional areas (Commercial Markets, Consulting Services, Product & Technology Solutions, Infrastructure & Security, Business Management & Finance) based on their experience, educational background, and interest and are made responsible for various workstreams and assignments. Uses regular discretion and judgement to solve problems, create innovate solutions, interact with customers and senior leadership. Acts as champion for ELP program, to include program optimization, growth through outreach and recruitment, and mentorship of future recruits. Receives focused and regimented development and exposure to position for accelerated advancement.

Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 Recruitment:
This position is for the 2019 class of the Emerging Leaders Program. The start date for this position would be January 2019 or June 2019 (depending upon graduation date). Interviews of qualified applicants will begin in October 2018 and offers will be extended shortly after this given time frame.


Contribute to the furthering of advanced technical solutions in assigned area offered to HM Health Solutions customers by: gathering required data through direct observation and/or inquiry and synthesizing data into meaningful observation; analyzing, identifying and problem solving from information sets (issues could be business or systems issues) drawing conclusions from information sets based on analysis, creating hypotheses and presenting recommendations to team; developing client specific requirements, standard operating procedures,application updates, process flow and user guides.
Use educational and prior professional experience to operate in an advisory capacity, both to leaders within the assigned function and customers.

Serve to advance objectives of the ELP program, by contributing to recruitment of prospective candidates to infuse top talent, program branding and awareness, and overall improvement enrichment.

Engage in skills development targeted towards their track specification. Key learning events will be required in Technical Skills (per their respective career tracks) and Core Leadership skills.

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA in Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or relevant field

Master's Degree with a minimum 3.5 GPA in Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or relevant field


3.5 or better GPA from their most recently completed degree program (prior to their start date)
Graduated from an accredited Bachelor's (or higher) degree program within the last year
Candidates are active in clubs, volunteerism, and other activities outside of the classroom
Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorship from HMHS
Candidates must be able to clearly and effectively communicate their breadth of education and other relevant experiences throughout the interview process

Candidates have completed at least one quality internship in a relevant role to this position
Candidates had active leadership role(s) in various clubs, projects, and job situations
Candidates have majored or minored in an IT, business/finance, or healthcare related discipline
Candidates have earned degrees from one of our target schools.
