We are looking for candidates who possess strong communication and customer service skills for our growing Emergency Response and Concierge Service Center located in Burnsville, MN providing services such as:

TeleService
Stolen Vehicle Recovery
Emergency Request
Automatic Collision Notification
Enhanced Roadside Assistance
Concierge Services
Critical Calling
Door Lock/Unlock
Customer Relations
Hands-Free Calling

Pay starts at $15/hour + Bonuses
$16/hour for Spanish and/or French speakers

Work Days:
Set Rotating Schedule, 5 days on 2 days off. Opportunity to have days off during the week!

Work Hours:
The call center is open 24/7 and operates in 9 hour shifts with an hour unpaid lunch.
We are mainly looking for people who can work on the weekends.
These are the shifts we are looking to fill.

11am-8pm
12pm-9pm
3pm-12am

July 8th start date

Responsibilities:
  • Answering customer requests and inquiries from the BMW, MINI and Rolls Royce Assist customers.
  • Assisting with various customer needs including GPS location tracking, renewing membership subscriptions,
Remotely unlocking vehicles, contacting roadside assistance.
  • Documenting customer information
  • Effective internet and search engine use to satisfy customer needs
  • Provide luxury vehicle concierge services including restaurant, hotel recommendations and directions
Skills:
  • Act quickly and calmly in emergency situations including vehicle collision notifications and effectively
Communicate needs to emergency response professionals.
  • Maintain professional communication to both clients and internal team members
  • Ability to handle emergency call situations when necessary
Education:
High School

Experience:
Entry Level

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work on the weekend if needed
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred!)
