Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tour Company Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will research and identify tour guide companies across the country that offer tours to the Santa Fe and Albuquerque regions. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to these companies and set up meetings for our team to pitch our compelling dinner show as part of their tour programs for the upcoming season.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and Identification:
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify tour guide companies nationwide that provide tours to the Santa Fe and Albuquerque regions.
- Compile a detailed list of potential tour companies, including contact information and relevant details.
2. Outreach and Communication:
- Initiate contact with identified tour companies via email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Introduce our dinner show and its unique appeal, emphasizing its suitability for inclusion in their tour programs.
- Set up meetings and appointments for our team to present and pitch our dinner show.
3. Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tour companies and other relevant businesses.
- Act as the primary point of contact for follow-ups and ongoing communication with tour companies.
4. Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, communications, and scheduled meetings.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on outreach progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in research, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using email, phone, and other communication tools.
- Familiarity with the Santa Fe and Albuquerque regions and their tourism markets is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $21.08 per hour
