Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in content policy, anti-abuse or customer support operations; reviewing content and/or answering user questions and working with vendors.
Experience in people management.
Experience as a thought leader and team lead or people manager in an analytical, anti-abuse environment (e.g., content abuse, spam, or other behavioral abuse).
Ability to work in a rapidly-changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights.
Ability to lead a team to frame problems, structure analyses, and drive impact.
Ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
Excellent business judgment, influencing, and communication skills.
Excellent strategic and analytical skills.

As a Policy Enforcement Lead on YouTube's Trust and Safety team, you will lead a team responsible for effectively enforcing our misinformation content policies, from the point of identification of possible violation to removal and appeals. You'll work alongside product and engineering stakeholders to implement effective abuse detection mechanisms and safety controls as well as PR and comms stakeholders to ensure our decisions are communicated externally.
This role will review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.

Leverage people management, mentoring, and coaching experience to lead a team of global, diverse experts.
Work closely with all the global vendor operation leads on shaping direction and resource allocation for our global misinformation operations.
Prepare presentations and clearly communicate initiatives to management and to the broader organization.
Liaise with policy, PR, and Legal teams to craft and implement process solutions to emerging threats.
Manage and shape relationships with partnering Engineering teams on projects, including tool and classifier development, research and experimentation, and data and analytical.
