**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Esthetician and Permanent MUA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, stay up-to-date on the latest trends and treatments, and possess the ability to be a team player, hustler and over all have a great attitude. As an Esthetician, you will work closely with clients to create personalized beauty routines, perform a range of treatments, and use your expertise to promote a variety of services. **Duties:**
- Provide high-quality skin care treatments including microneedling, waxing, various facials for all ages and skin types along with permanent makeup.
- Offer eyelash extensions and other lash treatments to enhance the overall look of the client's eyes
- Utilize salon software to manage client appointments and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement personalized beauty routines for clients based on their skin type and concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Keep up-to-date on the latest trends and treatments in the industry, including new products and services
- Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere in the salon while furthering your education.
**Experience:**
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Esthetician
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology and skincare principles
- Experience with permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, and other treatments
- Familiarity with salon software and the ability to manage client appointments and records effectively
- Experience with social media management and the ability to promote the salon and themselves with the online channels.
- Certifications and license in cosmetology or esthetician field.
