We have a rare opportunity for an Experienced General Manager, or as we call them…Head Coach…for a large volume Toyota Dealership!! We are looking internally and externally for the right individual who not only embraces our culture but fast paced and dynamic in all aspects of Dealership Operations. We won't settle and neither should you!
Responsibilities:
- Working with executive management to set a clear vision and goals for the store to achieve maximum performance in all departments.
- Coaching, recruiting, cultivate and retaining the very best talent for the store.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and maximize profitability.
- Create and maintain budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports.
- Exceed customers expectation and ensuring that they have a seamless customer experience.
- Exceed manufacture sales efficiency goals and CSI scores in all operations.
- Must have an enthusiastic and positive attitude with a coaching mindset!
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3-5+ years of General Manager experience from a franchise dealership (Factory approved Toyota GM preferred but not required) with a consistent history of sales growth, service, gross profit and excellent CSI.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CDK, VAuto, and VinSolutions is a plus.
- Must have a strong used car background, be able to source inventory and a turn policy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
