Boeing's Supplier Management Executive Transport Support & Services (ETS&S) organization is seeking a motivated Mid Level Supply Base Management (SBM) Specialist to join our fast paced and dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma supporting executive aircraft.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages critical and strategic subcontractors in support of Executive Transport Support & Services programs at the Boeing Oklahoma City site.
Interfaces with internal and external customers.
Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations.
Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues to programs and management.
Provides support in the development of mitigation plans.
Deploys operating authority to improve product delivery and quality performance.
Supports the development and implementation of supplier project plans.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 1 year of experience working with Supplier Management.
Experience utilizing the following MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in supplier management or supply chain management.
Experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action.
Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning.
Experience with proposal development and contract negotiations.
Program Management experience.
Experience briefing customers and leadership.

Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
