Skytherapist is actively recruiting experienced licensed Mental Health Providers (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, BCBA) to join our Maryland of licensed providers to work in tele-med and in-person care. Please note, the practice is not able to provide clinical supervision for the purpose of qualifying for an LCSW or LMHC.

In this role, you will collaborate with our dynamic team to manage and treat our patients, employing a wide variety of interventions and modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and psychodynamic therapy. There are opportunities to expand into couples, groups, and family therapy as well.

A successful candidate will be an organized self-starter who can work independently, but also enjoys working alongside a team of clinicians and support staff, to develop and navigate patient care plans. Our custom technology driven solutions for psychiatry, including an integrated EMR, support provider to patient messaging, telemedicine, in addition to proprietary tools which will allow you to track and gain insight into your patients’ outcomes.
Position Qualifications:
· LCSW, LMHC, LPC, PMHNP, DO, MD, BCBA, LMFT
· Demonstrated experience caring for diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, and more.
· Active and unrestricted state licensure
· Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills
· A willingness to learn new or streamlined EMR tools
· A proactive approach with a strong work ethic and desire to participate in a collaborative environment.
· A commitment to high-quality, cost-effective health care.
