The NBA is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Security team to provide clerical and administrative support to the management staff within Security. This person will provide office administrative services by implementing administrative systems, policies and procedures, and monitoring administrative projects.

Major Responsibilities:
Draft routine correspondence, reports and forms in support of the department
Review for accuracy and processes invoices from vendors and Security Representatives
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Create travel itineraries for assigned Security Managers
Initiate and process background checks
Independently prepare recurring reports (e.g. expense reports) for signatures
Coordinate Department credential applications
Take minutes and prepare meeting reports
Establish and maintain an organized filing system
Answer telephone, screens and routes calls and take messages for senior staff
Other projects as assigned by supervisor

Required Experience & Knowledge:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on proofreading
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong administrative and analytical skills with the ability to communicate and interact professionally on all levels with individuals inside and outside the company
Ability to work well with others in the department as part of a cohesive unit
When necessary, be able to independently carry out tasks with minimal initial supervisory input

Educational Background Required:
A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience or its equivalent in a dynamic business environment
Bachelor's Degree Required
