This position is not remote, the candidate will work out of the corporate office.
The eCommerce Project Manager is responsible for managing the various projects involved in further developing our website content.
Responsibilities
- Projects: Discovering new/updated air quality units on manufacturers websites and forming a project plan on how best to proceed with development and how best to utilize office staff to help hotspot products to their respective positions.
- Monthly Sales Reports: Working with officer manager/sales associate for monthly sales reports.
- Pricing Updates: Updating prices of product daily dependent on manufacturer data. Per item and utilizing Excel sales sheets to upload to Magento Commerce to mass update product pricing.
- Comparing databases: Comparing internal databases with manufacturer price books to determine information between the data (new products, price updates, part replacements etc.)
- Content Generation: Write up content in the Magento Commerce page builder to drive SEO and organic page ranking.
- Building unique landing pages: Utilizing the parts finder tool within Magento Commerce build unique landing pages for manufacturers air quality Units using their respective exploded parts diagrams located in the units Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual (IOM).
- Adding new products to the website for purchase.
- Communicating directly with manufacturers and sales representatives for information on current and future projects.
- Communicating with warehouse staff on new products being received to then work with in house assets manager for detailed photos and measurements of each new product received.
- Adding subscription data to service interval products.
- KLEVU Search: Looking at KLEVU Search data to see when customers are using search function on the websites with no return results (should we be adding the data they are looking for, relevant data) or how to better improve product display pages to further improve the customers experience.
- Testing functionalities of Magento Commerce systems and logging and communicating any bugs found while developing on the back end.
- Set inventory levels of product, pricing, and backorder rules on products.
Physical Requirements/ Working conditions
Primarily working in a basic office environment: the ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, stoop, use stairs, reach, pull and lift objects up to 15 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision such as reading handwritten or typed material, and the ability to adjust focus. The position requires the individual to meet multiple demands from several people and interact with third-party vendors and company staff.
Training
Extensive onsite training will be provided by us.
Qualifications
- Digital Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Past work using Magento (Preferred)
- Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft EXCEL 3 years (Preferred)
- Basic computer usage skills
- Project Management skills
