Coordinates all sales activities in assigned accounts/regions to achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with the company’s vision and values.

 Presents and sells Towne Park services to potential clients
 Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
 Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
 Targets potential clients and makes cold calls to develop sales leads
 Identifies sales prospects and contacts these and other accounts as assigned
 Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts
 Develops and maintains sales materials and current product knowledge
 Establishes and maintains current client and potential client relationships
 Prepares paperwork to activate and maintain contract services
 Manages account services through quality checks and other follow-up methods
 Identifies and resolves client concerns
 Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
 Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to the appropriate company staff
 Coordinates company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
 Participates in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
 Follows up with clients as needed for collection of payments
 Coordinates shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services
 Provides on-the-job training to new sales employees

Systems and Standards
 Fully understands the systems provided by Towne Park to control the assets and expenditures
 Maintains a clean, neat work environment
 Completes all tasks in a timely manner as instructed by the National Sales Manager
 Cooperates with senior management and coworkers to ensure that services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of internal and external customers
 Treats clients and associates with courtesy, respect and dignity
 Maintains strict confidentiality related to associate information

Safety and Risk Management
 Understands and follows safety and security procedures
 Practices preventative safety procedures as set forth by Towne Park
 Reports all accidents and incidents to the National Sales Manager immediately
 Uses only equipment trained to use and operates all equipment in a safe manner
 Reports all potential high risk areas and safety concerns to the National Sales Manager

 Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage many projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
 Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and various technology applications
 Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present one-on-one or in group settings
 Ability to persuade and influence others
 Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures
 Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business policies, procedures, equipment manuals, training materials, and corporate communications
 Ability to compose professional internal and external business communications including reports, memos, letters, and e-mails
 Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.

 Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of direct sales experience; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
 Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
 Valid driver’s license required due to requirements for local travel
