Atlas Executive Consulting, LLC (Atlas), has an exciting opportunity for a Project Analyst in our Charleston, SC office. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is a motivated self-starter, with excellent attention to detail, who can perform a variety of functions under competing deadlines. The Project Analyst will provide project management support, technical writing and editing, and general administrative support for a large federal government client in the Charleston, SC area. Creation and use of Business Intelligence reports to support complex data call responses; develop and recommend visualization options through dashboards and SAP Business Objects to link decision makers to the data in a meaningful and actionable way.
Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules, utilizing MS Project or approved scheduling tools that comply with industry best practices and fully capture the program's statement of work and scope in its entirety utilizing both Critical Path Method and Elaborative Scheduling Methods.
Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports using Microsoft (MS) Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Provide program management support to client to include managing project budgets/costs, schedules, performances, briefing slides, and risks
Assist in development of standard operating procedures, policies, and document templates
Assist with organizing and maintaining document repository in SharePoint
Update and maintain Organizational Charts
Capture meeting minutes; assign and track action items, and distribute to relevant parties
Assist with organizing training events; coordinating participant schedules, reserving conference space, broadcasting and recording training sessions
Coordinate personnel management activities; assist with tracking onboarding, transferring, and offboarding personnel
Coordinate, facilitate, and schedule meetings
Other duties as assigned
Bachelors degree in a Business Related Curriculum or Management Information Systems, or Equivalent.
Possess a DoD Security Clearance
Two (2) years of Contract Management experience, to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Data Collection and Analysis. Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
Experienced user with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Professional)
Proficient with SharePoint or similar collaborative environments
A proven ability to multi-task, manage time, and organize/plan
Demonstrated attention to detail and quality-oriented approach
