Job Title: Senior Application Developer

Location: Beverly Hills, California

Job Duties:
The Marcus Buckingham Company, an ADP Company, seeks a Senior Application Developer at our Beverly Hills, California location. Responsibilities: Write software code for front and back-end web application development. Develop, test, and deploy new software features. Provide feedback on software requirements in an Agile environment. Develop web-based software applications. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain product software to optimize, scale, and improve existing code. Maintain existing codebase, including bug fixing and new feature development. Provide software and technology

research, analysis, and recommendations.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience.

Work Experience:
Three (3) years of experience must include: Developing object-oriented PHP based on MVC paradigm; JavaScript; SQL scripting, including stored procedures, user-defined functions, and events; Unit, manual, and automated testing; Web technologies, including HTML 5, and CSS; Jira; SVN or other source code management system; XML; SCM tools, including SVN, Git or Team Foundation Server; and Zend.
