We are looking for a competent Executive Coordinator for District II Alcohol & Drug Program to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties as identified below. You will supervise staff and inform the Governing Board on progress and performance as directed in the Policy & Procedure Manual. A successful Executive Director must have a broad knowledge of program management principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their subordinates. Confidentiality is a must. The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards and ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization. Responsibilities:  Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities  Ensure implementation of policies and practices  Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions  Manage communications through media relations, social media etc.  Help build positive relations within the team and external parties  Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda  Ensure technology is used appropriately for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.)  Prepare and update reports/records and submit in a timely manner.  Support growth and program development  Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies  Keep the governing board informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations  Evaluate performance and discipline employees when necessary per Policy & Procedure Manual  Any other duties assigned. Requirements:  Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position  Maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and employees.  Leadership skills  Knowledge of program management and development procedures  Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting  Technical knowledge, proficient in MS Office, program management software.  Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams  Excellent time-management and organizational skills  Outstanding verbal and written communication skills  Detail-oriented and efficient  A minimum of 3 yrs. experience in Addiction Disorder Treatment and/or directorship experience.

Salary: $47,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
