GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND JOB DUTIES
PT Box Office Assistant I position available in Performance Facilities serving multi-campuses.
Responsible for assisting patrons with obtaining tickets for performances or special events.
Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities
1. Processes patron ticket requests by telephone or in-person.
2. Ensures that tickets are processed correctly and timely.
3. Maintains confidentiality of patron information.
4. Accepts payments for tickets and ensures proper and accurate accounting for payments.
5. Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Characteristics
- Good verbal communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer data entry skills
- Knowledge of ticket processing software
- Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain accuracy with attention to details in transactions for patrons
High school diploma or GED with 3 to 6 months work experience in a retail or customer service environment
A completed CPCC application must be completed on-line.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Salary for this position is $10.26. Classification type is part-time. Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include off-shift hours, evening and weekend assignments may be required of any position. All positions are subject to budget approval.
