We are a certified and insured pop-up childcare company for special events. Our clients hire us for: meetings, weddings, receptions, corporate parties, conferences, seminars, holiday parties and more!
Our sitters are #MoreThanBabysitters as we strive to provide an affordable luxury service. Social Sitters seeks out staff that are personably/friendly, self starters, work well as a team, and want to actively engage with kids and guests at all of our events.
We work with high end clientele, corporations, religious organizations, and more so professionalism is a MUST.
Site Manager Duties & Qualifications Include:
-picking up and transporting all inventory(5-6 bins) to the event venue of the clients choice
-setting up all of out equipment (toys, games, activities and crafts) at the venue of choice (event sitters help with this).
-ensuring all equipment, supplies and inventory are properly packed up and loaded at the end of the event
-communicate with Social Sitters owner about the day’s event
-oversee all sitters/staff for the event
-familiar with childcare licensing regulations
-communicate with all parents and event host the day of
-friendly, get things done attitude
-BE ABLE TO MANAGE
Be attentive, actively engaging and most importantly having fun!
We offer a variety of packages which include fun activities and themes (ex. A kids concoction station, paint night theme, cookie decorating and more!)
How it works:
-Owner gives all details regarding the event
-You are responsible for getting all necessary equipment and inventory on site
-All call offs/staffing will come to you
Day of Event:
-Parents attending the event are able to drop-off/check in / pick up their children as needed throughout the event.
-Oversee the day runs smoothly and oversee all sitters on site
We accept children 6weeks-12 years.
Must be flexible, work well with others and be open to traveling as we work at different venues/hotels around Ohio. Must be willing to travel throughout the Cincinnati area.
This event will be only 2 hours, one evening per month
Hourly Rate Paid at end of day.
Once you are in the Social Sitters registry , we will reach out to you anytime we have an event in your area. If you are able to work it we will confirm with details.
** current CPR Certification required
** MUST be able to pass a background check
** clear driving record and valid driver’s license
** must be able to lift 30-50lbs (most toys are in large bins) dolly carts provided
** SUV mandatory, for large scale events a cargo truck/van will be provided to you

again week day availability is required
this is a one day event gig

This gig specifically is for a meeting event, held once per month, you will have complete creative control to set up the child care space how you want. All activities, toys, games, etc. will be provided to you.
must be willing to transport all items to the venue (SUV /truck required for this position)
must be willing to store the bins in your home, as this event will be re occuring
you will have 1-2 sitters available to you to work the event as well
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $16.00 to $19.00 /hour
