Engage Mobilize is a team focused on driving digital transformation and bringing modern software design to the Energy, Construction and Mining Industries. Our product is a combination of modern web & native applications that manage, analyze, and report field ticket data for E&P Companies and Service Contractors alike. Our three-tiered platform leverages the capabilities of a smart device to generate real-time analytics for all steps of a transaction from point of order to accounting.
We work side-by-side with our customers providing them with the tools to drive better business decisions all the way from implementation to custom real-time reporting.
Our team is currently seeking a truly independent but collaborative, self-driven, Direct Sales Representative based in Denver, CO.

Who we are looking for:
A hungry, self starter with experience in the Oil and Gas industry who is looking to create their own career path in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities & Opportunities of the Role:
Develop direct customer relationships utilizing a deep understanding of a potential customer’s business needs, the benefits of our software solution and the technical language utilized in the Oil and Gas industry.
Identify, qualify and close business opportunities.
Understand the account potential, competitors, our position in the market, and requirements for doing business.
A willingness to cold call and build your own leads.
Use and maintain the company’s CRM system for all customer and sales process data to ensure teamwork, collaboration, and transparency.
Use Consultative Sales Techniques to clearly demonstrate the value our software solution can provide to a potential customer’s organization.
Participate in trade shows and industry events, prepare and give marketing/sales presentations to prospective clients and tech events.
Qualifications to Apply:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 7 years experience in direct sales. Oil & Gas or Software is a plus.
Existing business relationships with E&P and/or Oil Field Service Providers is a plus.
A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives using a Consultative Sales Process.
Proven experience developing and successfully negotiating multi-year sales agreements.
Must have the ability to work as a team to solve problems and create strategic plans through shared knowledge.
Must be flexible, resilient and open to change inherent in a startup environment.
Must be a self-starter with strong motivation and desire for continuous learning and improvement.
General knowledge of software applications and technologies within Automation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Oil and Gas is a plus.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities.
Denver based role with up to 25% travel.
Legally permitted to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license required.
About Engage Mobilize
Engage Mobilize was founded in 2016 under its parent company Engage Management. Engage Management is a boutique energy consulting firm that specializes in driving operational efficiencies into drilling and completion projects worldwide. Efficiency is always benchmarked on the ability to save time and reduce costs. The leadership team and consultants that founded the company always took issue with the way the capital burn and expense allocation were accounted for at the field level. Hence, Engage Mobilize was drawn up on a napkin.
Field ticketing, in essence, is a required control measure but wastes uncountable resources and capital for both Operators and Service Contractors. As a team, we are not the first to identify this massive waste of time that slows and burdens our industry, but we are in fact the first to build a platform that both sides of the transaction can identify with. Our leadership’s experience with consulting on the corporate side coupled with their dirty work boots & faded FRs led to the development of a field operations management tool that respects everyone’s workflows and simply makes sense. Our company understands the “real” workflow at the field level that is intrinsic to driving the total success in a basin for both the E&P’s and the Service Providers that support them.
