As a member of the Lodging General Accounting team, the Service Delivery Ops Senior Analyst is expected to drive upcoming projects initiatives for this growing account, support the operations team with process improvements, and maintain the relationship with the client regional teams. This role will partner with both the client, as well as, the global operations teams to ensure proper execution of processes by team through internal audits, data reporting, documentation review and revisions where required. The Senior analyst will also act partner with their peer to understand the audit role to ensure continuity for the department.
Minimum of 3 years of finance and accounting experience
Prior Auditing experience
Prior experience working with off-shore teams
Advanced MS Excel skills with strong MS Outlook, Word and Access skills
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment, as well as ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills and self-starter
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
