Duties
    • Summary You will serve as a Food Service Worker Leader in the Food Production and Service Division of the Nutrition Management Department of NAVAL HOSPITAL CAMP PENDLETON.

      Responsibilities
      • You will coordinate, direct and assist the work unit in the dining rooms, serving lines, sculleries and related housekeeping duties to ensure that prepared foods are properly served and housekeeping standards are maintained.
      • You will read and comprehend technical publications on equipment use and recipes; interpret and explain to co-workers written notices, polices, and instructions.
      • You will requisition supplies used for routine housekeeping operations
      • You will operate various power driven equipment used in food service operations such as dishwashing machines, floor scrubbing machines, electric dicers and slicers and powered conveyors.
      • You will perform cashier functions during meal service.
