Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years professional experience in strategy, consulting or business operations
Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives
Experience managing individuals and leading large cross-functional teams.
Effective leadership presence, with the ability to inspire across all levels of the organization and a track record of influencing senior leaders through judgment and data.
Demonstrated business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills.
Ability to think big and systemically, with a bias to action and extraordinary attention to detail.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We are the product and business experts behind the GCS sales teams responsible for driving sustainable business growth and product adoption. We identify opportunities through data-driven analyses, develop business cases for those opportunities, drive alignment with stakeholders across organizations (Sales, Product, Marketing), and program manage these cross-functional teams to drive GCS advertiser success.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.
Lead overall the Google Customer Solutions strategy for engaging and converting SMBs across the existing Google ecosystem of non-Ads products.
Partner across relevant teams to build annual plans that deliver volume and value of customer engagement. define, implement and refine models that identify and convert high-potential candidates to ads.
Develop data-driven segmentation models and manage annual and quarterly product priorities ensuring teams have a clear view of customer needs and critical business opportunities.
Define and influence annual and quarterly plans ensuring cross-functional alignment on KPIs and plans to achieve them. Lead regular reviews for GCS and Product leadership in partnership with Finance, Revenue Strategy Operations and other relevant teams.
